This is done for the purposes of facilitating the notification\/complaint process and customizing the emails with jurisdiction-specific information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who we share your data with<\/h2>\n<p>The teachers receiving your email will have access to your name and email, as will the ethics4teachers.ca site administrators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How long we retain your data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The info you enter into the complaint and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can follow the notification process to it&#8217;s conclusion. We will delete your data if you request that we do so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What rights you have over your data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you use the Teacher Notification Application, you can email us and ask to have your data removed at any time.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Where we send your data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The information you enter is emailed to the email addresses you enter when using the app and to allcommentable@gmail.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How we protect your data<\/h3>\n<p>Use of an SSL certificate, non-default admin login and strong passwords.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What data breach procedures we have in place<\/h3>\n<p>This site is protected by a valid SSL certificate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What third parties we receive data from<\/h3>\n<p>The only data received by this site is that which is entered into the complaint tracking application. Disclosure to further parties subsequent to the commencement of administrative and\/or legal procedures may occur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What automated decision making and\/or profiling we do with user data<\/h3>\n<p>Emails are automatically sent to the email addresses you supply when using the Teacher Notification Application.
